Autodesk Inventor -- Adaptive Rubber Cuff on Mountain Bike Absorber

Описание к видео Autodesk Inventor -- Adaptive Rubber Cuff on Mountain Bike Absorber

In this Autodesk Inventor tutorial I build an adaptive rubber cuff on a mountain bike shock absorber. Using this technique, you are able to create Autodesk Inventor parts which adapt to movement of an Autodesk Inventor assembly.

You can use the same technique in Autodesk Inventor to create moving springs, ropes, belts etc etc

Adaptivity is a very powerfull functionality of Autodesk Inventor. But be aware of its risk's, if used wrong, you can get a lot of errors in your assembly en parts, so only use Autodesk Inventor's adaptivity when you have to. Another thing to keep in mind, is that within Autodesk Inventor, adaptivity can make your assemblies very slow, because of its complexity to calculate. So again, only use adaptivity, when you have no other options.
